Work with your notes
Review transcripts, summaries, speakers, tags, and recordings.
Open Notes to return to recordings after they finish processing. A note can include the original recording, transcript, summary, and detected speakers.
From a note you can:
- Review the transcript while listening to the recording.
- Edit the title, transcript, summary, and speaker names when available.
- Add tags to organize related notes.
- Share or copy the parts you need.
- Report a problem from the affected note so support receives the correct example.
Help Monologue understand you
The About Me information in Notes gives Monologue useful background for summaries and speaker context. Keep it brief and relevant, and avoid including secrets or information that is unrelated to your notes.
If an edit or generated summary looks stale, reopen the note after processing completes. For a persistent problem, report that specific note rather than sending a separate example.
