Monologue is slow or closes unexpectedly

Collect the right details and recover from performance or crash problems.

1. Finish or save any active Voice Note.
2. Quit and reopen Monologue.
3. Install the latest available version of the app and your operating system.
4. Reproduce the issue once in the simplest app possible.

If the problem continues, open Settings → Help Center on Mac and check the connection diagnostics. Include the app version, macOS or iOS version, and the time the issue happened when you contact support.

For a dictation-quality problem, use 👎 on that dictation. For a Voice Note problem, use Report inside the affected note. Those reports preserve the identifiers support needs without making you reconstruct the example.
